TIS LADDER IS COPY MOD SO YOU CAN CHANGE THE SIZE TO SUIT YOUR AVATAR.

Exactly what I was looking for
Full perm 'carry a thing over your shoulder' animation was what I needed, and the ladder is modifyable, so was able to just swipe the animation and change the ladder for a steel girder, lumber, or anything else heavy
