Yes it is as pictured - 3 separate mesh stones, each one 4 LI. (without any grass)
The height for 2 of them is a bit thicker (not as flat) as it looks in the picture, but you can just bury them deeper into the ground.

If there was a more expensive version with lower LI, I would probably buy it.
