modern House in tuscan Style

I built the house when I was in a Mediterranean mood. The size is 20*20 m and it has 80 prim.

included all other items: 120 prim

The house comes with sliding doors, colour changing lights and the upper window can be darkened.

The big garden umbrella can change colours too (152 different tones).
So you will always find the right colour to fit your needs.

The house also has a nice fireplace, some flowers and a small pond.

All is copy and modify but NO transfer.

With the house come two nice deckchairs, which I have found on my travels throughout SL. They were freebies, so they are for free. The deckchairs are transfer and copy, but not modify. Of course, they are not included in the price of the house. I don’t like it, when people sell freebies.

The house comes boxed including all other items.
