Gearwolf is here to bring you a nice modern house to live in that's only 42 land impact and low script count. It's got a few fun Easter eggs in its appliances and "party" mode button. The house comes with a kitchen and fully interactive parts.
Each script in the kitchen is FULL PERM so you can modify them to add features to the appliances. The upstairs bedroom comes with a privacy shutter that slides closed to keep prying eyes out.
A HUD is included that features a custom texture loading system as well as color adjusters to make walls and window adjustments a breeze.
