[moushide] Collar Del.i [RLV]

It comes in two versions, one as a simple necklace and the other with a script with a collar function. Too bad that the collar doesn't work either, it doesn't charge anything. I did the opencollar updater and you can't see the chain of the leash.
Good only as a necklace

I was just looking for a cheap collar for leasing functions, one I could hide. This collar does not have the "stealth" or hide option.

Master gave me this and i love it. So many options and i love i can edit the script to reduce some of the land lag on itemsan actions W/e don't use. This is definitely a keeper.
