they are are rocking on themself like a wave movement , and the light blinking from far away to help sailors to chose right direction.
you can use them for decorating or for real navigation to create a way to sail to avoid sim corner or low bottom ways .

I replaced the Buoy’s at T’ai Surfing with Marina’s Bay’s Navy Buoys.
They rock back & forth with the waves & light up.
They come is various colors, easy to install and work perfectly
