Fully scripted working sink with steam, changing water level, sounds, 6 choices of hardware, 15 oak base colors and 20 counter colors. This is the master control piece of the oak cupboard cats series. This is a low prim kitchen series with opening doors(temporaries) and textures that make it look high prim. no mod - copy - no trans scripts no mod - copy - no trans

This is a sink that has hot and cold running water. The right faucet is cold and the left faucet is hot. The hot water produces steam when running. If you turn both faucets on you will need to turn both faucets off for the water to stop running. The water level rises in the sink when the water is on and drains when the water is turned off.

There is the sound of water running when the water is on and the sound of water draining until the water is drained out.

The metal hardware will change from stainless steel to gold, etc. when touched on the spout.

The counter will bring up a menu of counter and cabinet colors when touched. There is a choice of 20 counter colors and 15 cabinet colors. In the menu you can choose cats or no cats in the cupboards. Also, you can choose who(owner only, group, friends, anyone) can have the ability to use the menu to make changes.

This item is no modify, copy, no trans. Scripts are no modify, copy, no trans.
This set has been put together for those who don't want the do-it-yourself version and just want an already put together set. It consists of a sink, corner dishwasher, single 2 door bottom cupboard and single 2 door top cupboard.
