Hello and first of all, thank you for your interest in this "okkbye" product. Here you can find some additional info regarding this product.
This pack contains four different SYSTEM LAYERS. A base eraser, a shading layer, a highlight layer for the tip of the nose, and a bridge highlighter. All are modify, copy and no transfer so you can play around with the tinting to fit any type or colour of skin.

Worth the effort
These take time and skill to apply, but they are more than worth spending an hour or so setting up.
What I found useful when tinting is to make a safety copy, then tint layer 1 to match your skin exactly in the CalWL windlight and then drag that colour down into the saved colours. Apply Level 2, and set to green to see what it will change, then apply your saved tint from layer 1 and adjust the brightness up and down to maximise the effect. Apply layer 3, set to green to see where you are changing, set to the saved colour and then adjust the brightness. Same for level 4. But that's just the way I do these. It's advanced, but keep going and adjust each layer to then look nicest.
I guess you can also tint layer 1 and then copy the H and S settings to layer 2, leaving V as is. Not tried that way yet. Again, make a backup before you start.
