this is not full perm if it was you be able to edit link and move the frams wear you want to it wont let you

No clear instructions
I am new to SL. The notecard was not adequate in explaining the steps in what one needs to do to create a simple rectangular picture frame that I can place over a painting. The vendor makes the assumption one already knows the ABCs in creating scupts in SL. Well I do not. Perhaps this is good for the veteran gamer, but as for me, I deleted the purchase as it serves me no purpose.
