I'm still making historical cottages. This one is an 18th century cottage from Swaledale. It has 1 upstairs bedroom with an office/play area, 1 downstairs bathroom, a kitchen, and a common area. There are 2 chimneys ready for you to place a fireplace or candles there. The interior is vintage and rustic. The building comes unfurnished. It comes in 2 versions: one with materials (shine and bump texture on walls, floors, doors), and one with no materials.

Add the HUD and click to unpack. The building has a land impact of 55. It is copy / modify, so you can change wallpapers if you like, just make sure to keep a copy of the original before you edit anything. :)
