The eyeliner tattoo will take over your face tattoo, so if you decide you wish to wear the eyeliner with a custom face marking tattoo it would be best to rezz a mesh body, edit linked prims & unlink and take into inventory just the face tattoo and "Add" it to your current avatar.

I like the variety of colors included in the set, they're very high quality and the tattoo layer is also a nice bonus to further accent the eyes. I wanted something a bit more feminine for one of my horse characters and this was perfect. There are different colors of eyeshadow/eyelid. Some more bluish, and one more brown. A darker one would've been awesome too! I'm going to be looking into buying some other eyes from this vendor for sure :)
