To use my Quick Draw weapons: right click a weapon and choose "Add" (not "Wear"...that may replace something else you are wearing).
Choose a "hand" weapon, and one of the following : slung, hip, shoulder, back. You only actually need a "hand" weapon to shoot but, is cool to have holstered weapon too!
No "draw" or "sling/holster" commands needed, no gestures, no chat commands. The gun draws ready to fire as soon as you enter mouselook, and holsters when you exit. Quick Draw! =)
I like to use the mousewheel/scroll wheel to enter mouselook but you may use any method you like (view menu or keyboard or the Camera Controls window mouselook button).
Fires a Linden Damage bullet, no push or cage etc.
Sharps rifles were renowned for their long range accuracy. They feature 2 triggers, one set the other to have a very light trigger pull. It i a single shot, breach loading, lever action gun ( the trigger guard is the lever too.) Caliber is .45-100, although it appears there were a few different .45 chamberings such as .45-70, .45-120, .45-111. Gun ejects an empty smoking case after firing.
In the movie "Quigley Down Under" Tom Selleck's character uses a /45-110 Sharps Buffalo rifle.
Also included is a reticule HUD. When worn, it will only appear while in mouselook and place a circle in the center of your screen, around the tiny mouselook crosshairs. If you find the diminutive size of mouselook crosshairs irritating, you may like to use this.
