Guilty!
I wrote a pretty bad review at first which totally stemmed from my own impatience and probably having had a lousy day or something.
Out of the box this skin didn't look at all how I expected with otherwise a great skin and the Briannon head. However, after writing the bad review the owner almost immediately contacted me, not upset or angry...but just a ton of friendliness and a desire to help.
I was skeptical at first but decided to follow her suggestions after all...and my goodness just by changing the windlight settings and getting the recommended skin this shape really POPPED! And I am now totally in love with it.
After having been so bitchy to the creator I don't feel I even deserve to look this good! Thank you Claire for your help, patience, kindness and an amazing product!
