Buyer Beware
Well, of course, the build is gorgeous, but THE PRIM COUNT IS NOT 304 as advertised. There is a notecard inside the box once you buy it which says the build is 540. That's a HUGE discrepancy, and false advertising. Big price to pay, so I expected up front information that was accurate in order to make an informed purchase. I don't think that's too much to ask. The rezzer is quite problematic. It rezzes multiples of the downstairs pool area in situ. Sometimes it rezzes multiples of the fireplace, fire, or railings and you can't notice unless you are keeping a very keen eye on your prim counts. Trying to move the rez box to reposition your build to a slightly better spot causes the entire build to disappear, meanwhile leaving a trail of those unwanted dups in its wake. Be sure to check with "highlight transparencies" enabled, as there can easily be a trail of pool caustics at 5 li per unit left behind. I found 105 prims strewn about in just caustics, from thinking I had deleted the build from the rezzer button. Oops! It doesn't delete the build completely. There is a menu for changing textures inside walls, but it is inoperable. Also there is a sound button, which does nothing. Lighting? Click the button for spots or water and I don't really see if it does anything. The full dimensions, which are not described anywhere, are X=38.379, Y=29.848, Z=26.189. That's from the very edges of each balcony on all sides to the tip of the roof fixture. Footprint is a little smaller at X=37.040, Y=28.559 but this is just the foundation and clips the eaves and balconies. That prim count misinformation makes me wary to buy again from this creator, lovely build or not.
