The reviewer that was complaining about the texturing could have just switched to planar mode and this would have probably worked for them. Worked well enough for me but I needed to stack two of them on top of each other for the amount of stairs I needed, these are only 4 steps and it does not stretch well. Otherwise a solid buy for what I needed.
Texturing is a nightmare!
I really gave this item a chance, but retexturing it is impossible. The edges of the textures do no appear no matter what I adjust the repeats to, so my attempts to add a runner texture with a border on two sides was a failure. Also note that this item appears to be a mesh that was first created with default prims and then imported as mesh - not something created on Blender or Maya. There is no AV or UV map either.
I don't typically leave bad reviews, but the lack of attention to detail on this one warrants it.
