By purchasing this product you will have some builds and matching pieces which are fully customizable, copy & mod items. You can use them as they are. If you want to modify them you need to have "basic building" skills to edit these builds and unfortunately I am not the person to teach it. If you don't know what you do, please just do not unlink the build. Unlinking the builds will cause scripts get broken. Resizing will cause your build have different land impact counts on your sim.
Introducing the parts:
1. Roof hud works with all builds while you are wearing it. All builds do not have all parts. 1st part is for plane roofs, 2nd part is for the top of the roof, 3rd part is for outer corners and 4th part is for inner corner parts. You need to be close to the roof while you are clicking on hud or it won't work. 3 colours of roofs are red, blue and gray. Make sure you are close enough to roof pieces while clicking the HUD, if it doesn't work, just fly. :)
(extra window texture is only for roof piece, it won't work with other windows).
2. 3 sides builds are 2 pieces because parts are way too far away from themselves. Rez in edit mode. Then delete the named box inside. It is 295Li, unlinking or stretching it to a bigger size may cause it to have a bigger value of land impact. It has 2 versions (doors open and doors scripted). Approximately 50x29 meters. 18.25 height.
3. Main&Left build contains main and left build pieces as named. 199Li total. Unlinking or stretching it to a bigger size may cause it to have a bigger value of land impact. It has 2 versions (doors open and doors scripted). Approximately 38x29 meters. 18.25 height.
4. Main&Right build contains main and right build pieces as named. 198Li total. Unlinking or stretching it to a bigger size may cause it to have a bigger value of land impact. It has 2 versions (doors open and doors scripted). Approximately 38x29 meters. 18.25 height.
5. Main build is just 101Li and customizable with facade pieces & backyards. Unlinking or stretching it to a bigger size may cause it to have a bigger value of land impact. It has 2 versions (doors open and doors scripted). Approximately 24x18.20 meters. 18.25 height.
6. 4 sides backyard is 250Li and it's only a skybox. No useful builds inside, just to use as garden or photography needs. Unlinking or stretching it to a bigger size may cause it to have a bigger value of land impact. Doors closed. 30x30 meters. 18.25 height.
7. 3 sides backyard is for main shop build. 187Li (for the people who wants to use he main build as a skybox or having a secret place :) ). Unlinking or stretching it to a bigger size may cause it to have a bigger value of land impact. Approximately 30x30 meters. 18.25 height.
8. Additional optional scripted doors to use indoors. 4Li double doors.
9. Shop facades are only the front piece of the main build. Just a filler. 61-63Li each. Works with main build.
10. Advertisement board for the plane outer walls of your build and an extra roof window texture.
