By purchasing this product you will have some builds and matching pieces which are fully customizable, copy & mod items. You need to have "basic building" skills to edit these builds and unfortunately I am not the person to teach it. If you don't know what you do, please do not unlink the build. Unlinking the builds will cause scripts get broken and land impact increase. Resizing will cause your build have different land impact counts on your sim.
Mon Cher build is a cluster build. REZ IN EDIT MODE! That means it is not one piece and MUST NOT be linked by you. Those parts are the elevators. If you want to use the elevators NEVER link them please.
All the builds have 3 useful floors, roof floor is closed and useless. Roads are not included. (please see the pictures)
Introducing the parts:
Size of the main build needs approximately 23x39 meters land.
Build comes in 4 versions and all of them are 164 Li each with elevators. Without elevator doors the build is 156 Li.
All the builds can be put in a row with inside entrances or you can use the single build.
No staircase inside or outside of this build. Elevator doors work with teleporter scripts.
Door scripts: It is a simple linked door script. Opens & closes realistic.
Glasses on windows or doors cannot be unlinked.
Buildings can be connected in different varieties together which is up to your taste and land availability. Connection is available only on first floor on each build. Connection pieces are useless parts if you don't want to connect builds.
And yes this build connects fine with the corner build (previous release). No connections possible with the one with mini shops. :)
