I decided to make a numbers set for runways. People are charging too much for something so simple to make and I wanted to change that. the directions are simple make a flat box and set the texture to transparent. Then drag the numbers to the top face and adjust the height and width to fit one number in you prim. then change the offset values to display the number you want. it takes a few minutes to get it all right but it's really kind of painless.
