The "Fishermans Lodge RFL" is a customized version of a non commercial building named "Pill Makers House". It was specially designed for the "Relay For Life Home & Garden Expo" 2012 and it was highly appreciated. Almost 40 buildings sold during the expo and all profits went direct to Relay For Life cancer science charity.

The builds are perfect for small parcels, sim props (parks etc) and estate residential homes.
