The item will be updated through Hippo Update for existing customers.
This build is mainly made from sculpted prims to save prims but still have a sophisticated design.
The shop is modifiable and copy so you can change textures and modify the building as it please. The shop is based on sculpted modules. The front parts are made to fit every 5th meter and the back and sides is made to fit every 15th meter. sHouse/Shoreman DESIGN do not support customer modifications.
The doors are pure decoration and without them the build is only 22 prims.
Shoreman DESIGN sign and "birdhand-S" symbol are softlinked (3 prims) and dos only serve as decor examples and rezzed with these the build becomes 29 prims.

Due to changes in Second Life functions I can no longer provide this build as one object compatible with all Second Life viewers. Version 1.1 is there for delivered in a rez-box containing 3 object. One object is the phanom part of the building. the example signs are one object and the main build ofcause.
Only move the building by using the rez-box.
