This building is built with mesh technology and consists of two objects, the foundation and the main structure.

You can modify the building by replacing textures and or tinting the structures texture faces. The building is delivered in a delivery box [DB] that can be copied. It increases security if you do not throw delivery box because it keeps a original copy of the building. It can be useful if you want to experiment with changing the textures and you make a mistake. You can always start over with a fresh copy of the building.
