Introducing a low-prim low-lag skybox studio, perfect for photography, small-scale building projects, small function hall or simply a relaxing place to chill out in the sky. Very spacious area, with 30m by 30m footprint and 22m high, you'll have plenty of room to rez your gear or your furniture. Privacy tints can be toggled via a switch on the interior wall and a small balcony at the entrance offers a secure spot to teleport to from other parts of your land.

Door:
- Simply click the lower-middle glass panel at the centre of the balcony side wall to open/close the door.
Privacy Tints:
- Click the switch on the inside of the balcony wall to toggly privacy tints on and off. The windows and door will become opaque when viewed from the outside, but wil not affect your view from inside the studio.

Great skybox for my photo studio
I love the size and height of this skybox for a photo studio. There is plenty of room for at least 2 backgrounds and much more. The high ceilings are a plus. It took me a while to figure out how to close the door once it was opened; click at the top of it, not the side.
One drawback (and the reason I give it 4 stars, not 5) is that this does not fit on a 32x32 sq meter lot. The porch sticks out an extra 3 meters or so. Hopefully my neighbor won't complain about it sticking out into their property.
