These 'makeshift' periscopes are a nice gimmicky little toy that has roots in my childhood. Simply touch it to bring down the resize dialog menu.
Upon wearing, the periscope will trigger a Priority-4 animation and aim to sustain it, however another P4 animation triggered afterward can affect the pose.
