You are looking at an unfurnished version of [satus Inc] Modern Glass Beach Home. This house was designed especially for people who own 1024 sqm land. A nice house for this kind of land is hard to find these days. Of course, if you have a bigger land. This house will look even better. We designed this house with two main criteria in mind (1) Smart, Elegant, and Modern (2) Low Prims. The fact is that the house uses all your land size in a smart way while leaving a lot of space on the ground for your landscape. You will feel very roomy in this house. With only 86 prims (for all doors, light system, restroom, etc.), you will have at least 148 prims / total 234 prims (1024 sqm land) for furniture, decor, landscape. [▪ ▫ REZ OR SETTING UP THE HOUSE ▫ ▪]
Choose between Rez-faux A and B. (Version A - normal rez-faux - Version B - rez-faux with footprint for easy positioning)
1. Rez the rez-faux box and hit rez button on the menu
2. Move the rez-faux to position the house
3. Save the build then delete the rez-faux

[▪ ▫ LIGHT CONTROL ▫ ▪]
The house has our exclusive Remote Controlled Light System built-in. Please use the following command to control the light system. While inside the house, type in the nearby chat the following commands:

* Turn on / off light: type "light on" or "light off"
* Change light color: type the "light" and color name. For example:

light on | light off | light red | light blue | light orange | light pink | light purple | light white | light green | light yellow | light black

Main doors are automatic. Just walk toward the doors and they will open

There is a bedroom back door - the glass door that allow u to access the balcony and you can walk to the restroom as well. Simply click on it to open and click again tot close

[▪ ▫ PRIVACY WINDOW BLINDS ▫ ▪]
We built privacy window blinds for your privacy when needed. They are near the ceilings and your glass windows. Simply click on it to deploy and click again to remove it.
