All that is needed is a transporter.
I recommend the:
https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Alpheratz-Easy-Teleporter/3353485 which i use myself very simply drop one on first floor , fly up from outside enter house from top floor doors and drop another teleporter, teleporter will do the rest that simple ..
