Seagull does not rezz properly, I guess the issue is the seagull was rendered together with the ropes and complexity requires very high LOD. The idea is good but it does not work as expected, it is not possibleto hide the seagull as it is together with ropes.

It's cute... the pillars/logs, rope and sign are well done.... but wtf happened to the seagull...???
