The owner can set the tentant of each house.
The houses can be customized using the universal remote control (HUD).

INSTRUCTIONS

CHANGE THE ROAD TEXTURE
---------------------------------
only the owner can change the road

Wear the remote control.
Touch the road.
Select a texture from the remote.
You can also use your own textures: Click the button (custom) and paste the UUID of your texture in the text box.

CHANGE THE HOUSES
-------------------------
the houses can be customized by the owner or by the tentant.

Wear the remote control.
Touch the house or the pavement outside the house.

Click "interior" or "exterior" to edit the house inside or outside.
Then select the part, and the textures or sizes.
The roof can be repositioned in 2 directions: x-x and y-y.
The pavement under the house can be resized and this can form the streets.
Each detail can be customized by the textures and colors in the menus, your own textures and colors using the (custom) button.
To set your own texture, select the detail first, then click (custom) and paste the texturew UUID in the text box.
To change the color of the detail, click (custom) and write the color as vector. In example <1,1,1> is white, <1,0,0> is red etc.

GRAFFITI

this option can be used by any resident with the remote control.

Touch a wall without windows on the street, and wait to see the graffiti menu. If it does not appear, try another wall. Some variants are in the menu, but you can set your own graffiti using the (custom) button.
The button "wash" will decrease the visibility of the picture. Use this button to clean the wall or to make your work more realistic.
