Magnificent. That is one step higher than 'Excellent'
It comes with four different roof textures, all good.
The roof can be detached from the frame, which I like. Either part can be used separately.
Yes it is scupt not mesh but that might not matter when it is made so well.
Being phantom is a disadvantage but we live in the art of the possible and the seller does disclose it. Fixable with a few prims.

Wish the mesh wood holding it let me texture it better but it serves the purpose.
Pictures don't do it justice!
Looks much better in world, you can resize it, modify colors, etc. And it takes only 2 prims from your land. Can't go wrong with this!
