These textures are full perm, to be used in your own creations inworld, whether that is in builds or in the creation of your unique textures, as per the DCMA, they are not to resold/given away individually or as a set on this or any other SL type grid (no reselling or giving away in grids like Inworldz,your alternate life, etc)

Mismatch Sizes
The slats aren't the same size. There's one slat that's twice as big as the others, and one that's smaller than the others. Both are in the middle of the texture, so you can't even flip it to even them out or anything like that.
