Here is a sky Bar, i have included 2 options one (10prims) with a panorama that you can put sky high
and another with no panorama (5 prims) so you can place above your land and enjoy the surroundings below from a suitable height, check your covenants for height permissions ( usually 500 m)
Both come as empty shells so you can add your own furniture or use what is enclosed in the photos

the elevator is a texture on prim but you could add your own TP script
Builds measure approx 38x44 all mod/copy... side note: linked table and chairs best to unlink to allow sits ....the floor is glass but looks blue as its in the sky :)))
- linked table 5 prim, single chair 1 prim
- table and cloth 2 prim, sofa 1 prim, small table 1 prim
- barrier 3 prim, fountain 6 prim, stage 2 prim
- bar 12 prim, bar stool 1 prim, various textures 1 prim each
- all copy/mod anything that says no mod is because of the script
