I bought this Product for a commercial Thing, i bought it without seeing it inworld first - and im so happy that i bought it. The textures and mesh are done so well! And finally for this price you cant get any better! :)
It has a bit high LandImpact, but not that bad. so yeah, Thank you for your Work! :)
