it shows:
1)your own title you can choose
2) listeners on stream
3)bitrate
4)title of the playing song
5)title of the previous song
6)title of the preprevious song
you can change in the notecard in content:
1) the board title
2) the streamlist
3) the dj list (djs can change streams)
*4) the board is modify so you can change size

To set it up YOU must be owner of the land or
YOU must be allowed to deed it to the group that owns the land.
setup:

1) rezz the "stream_board[modify/transfer]"
2)
2.1) rightclick the board. choose edit.
2.2) go to "content" tab
2.3) doubbleclick the notecard "radio_stations"
2.4) change the settings like you want to have it.
2.5) safe the notecard.
2.6)[if the LAND is GROUPOWNED and you are NOT the OWNER of the LAND you have to DEED it to GROUP](do that only if you trust all people that are in group)
2.6.1) still in edit mode switch back to the "general" tab
2.6.2) set it to the group that owns the land
2.6.3) after that activate "share"
2.6.4) now click on "deed"
2.6.5) grant to deed to group
2.6.6) done
3) change settings again after setup:
3.1) change the notecard "radio_stations" you got with the items to what you like
3.2) safe the notecard
3.3) rightclick the board. choose edit.
3.4) go to "content" tab
3.5) rightclick the notecard "radio_stations" and choose "delete"
3.6) now drag and drop the edited notecard from your inventory into the content tab.
3.7) wait some seconds until the notecard is update.
3.8) done

[only if you want to setup a remote stream changer for another sim or parcel, that will change to the same stream like the board]
4.1) rezz the "set_stream"
[you get a key in chat after rezzing the board.
put that key into the notecard "radio_stations" after the line "#RemoteList" in the "stream_board[modify/transfer]" like explained in 1) or 2)]
4.2) rightclick the board. choose edit.
4.3) go to "content" tab
4.4) doubbleclick the notecard "setup"
4.5) change the password to the password you used in the "stream_board[modify/transfer]"
4.6) safe the notecard.
4.7)[if the land is groupowned]
4.7.1) still in edit mode switch back to the "general" tab
4.7.2) set it to the group that owns the land
4.7.3) after that activate "share"
4.7.4) now click on "deed"
4.7.5) grant to deed to group
4.7.6) done
5) change the color by clicking on "menu" down in the middle of the board

Question:
I am not able to access the notecard in the board. It comes up blank and says "Second Life: You do not have permission to view this notecard."
Answer:
You deeded the board to group. Now the group is the owner of the board. Thats why you can not edit the notecard anymore. Best you make the settings in the notecard in your inventory. Then you delete the notecard in the content of the board and place the one from your inventory into it. That way you can also change the notecard when it is owned by the group.

Amazing for people who live in sims with crappy radio choices
I don't think you'll find anything better than this, at least something that is affordable like it. I am renting a sim right now and it doesn't have a radio or its radio choices for streams just suck. This saves me from that with so much to choose from and I easily can add my own streams to it as I wish.
Now, understand what you're getting into here as that $1L is a good value. The board cannot be copied, you can only take it and just hope it doesn't break. There are limited things you can do with it to modify, like change its colors from text to the border. All in all, if you know how to use any shoutcast board, this is no problem to use.
Still a great value, hard to argue against it. Get if to save yourself from the monotony of little or no radio with where you rent.
100% honest content creator, but limited help available
I was really eager to figure out why 4t Mildor so generously prices his magnificent board at almost a tenth of what his close competitors do — after all, it does everything that others do as well, or perhaps even better, at a tiny fraction of the cost. Why? Since the price is so low, I even offered it as a gift — twice :-)
Sadly, however, setting up anything that requires access to the parcel media stream is *always* confusing, and to my shame, I have to admit that I have miserably failed to set it up :(
The board's instruction manual is just a simple notecard, which says the same as the description here on the Marketplace: it's really a simple thing to set up, at least in theory. The config notecard allows everything to be done there, including links for radio streamers — you can start with a default list and/or just add your own collection — and prepares everything on your behalf. You can even use it to sync several parcels at the same time, from a single source (each just needs an additional 'repeater'), so it's good for extra-large event areas *or* a landowner's multi-parcelled rental area.
It was received as a gift.
I haven't listened to anything else since then. LOVE!!
