The texturing and colour of this piece are beautiful - the creator's been observant of reality with these, and has chosen well, and with lovely detail The fountain appearance blends easily into any landscape and decor, with a gentle and natural water sound that is fairly loud right up close, but fades as it should, with distance. I've placed it on old flagstones in a Tuscan-style build, and the whole scene looks impeccable.
Margot was instantly responsive, polite and very helpful when I contacted her about the perms, which were originally ambiguously presented. Within a couple of days of my questions, she sent a full replacement set of the pieces, so now all the problems with them have been solved. I'd happily buy from her again, any time, because of her customer service (professional, attentive, fast) and the quality of her work (refreshingly delicate yet robust, and textured beautifully).
