It allows you to very easily create a full permissions texture cache HUD to distribute to your visitors before the event has started. The HUD will preload the textures you place inside it to reduce their loading time, improving their experience immensely.
Setup:
1. Get full permissions vendor textures from your event participants and place them inside the HUD.
2. Click the HUD.
3. Follow the prompt to finish setup and your HUD is ready to be renamed, retextured, and given out to whoever you want.
Create as many HUDs as you need for whatever events you're running. Included are five different HUDs with different capacities (32, 64, 128, 256, and 512 Textures) so you can choose the one that's right for you. Also included is a Texture Counter to make it easy to know how many you have to put inside the HUD.

Why is my HUD not full permissions?
The script that does the setup for you is not full permissions, complete setup and it will remove itself, leaving you with a full permissions HUD.
