it be great if the texture did not contain an alpha texture. but it does so will conflict with any walls or floors that has an alphachanel also ie disappearing texture issue. There is no reason for the channel accept prolly was used during creation to mask layers and that layer was not turned off when saving finally edit. any ways besides that and if you can make it work its really nice detailed texture.
