This set contains 14 textures (7 with bottom edging, 7 without bottom edging)
These textures are considered Partly Seamless by me.
Partly seamless means that they are horizontally seamless (side to side)
Some textures may or may not also be vertically seamless but I make no guarantees on this.

* "full perm" does not mean "party favor" so don't hand them out like one.
