This is a simple and functional texture organizer that you can freely use and extend, under the terms of the GPL v3. Here's how to use it.

* First, you rez it. Then, in the build window, select "edit linked parts"
* select one of the yellow or red buttons in the lower left section.
* drop some textures in
* repeat this with each button, and organize them into different groups.
* Some labels have been set to help, and the textures used for the labels have been provided in a box.
* Once you have your textures loaded, you can start using the sorter.

* To start, click one of the yellow buttons (red ones mean no textures, so you can't use them)
* click the yellow arrows on the righthand side to navigate the organizer's pages.
* The outer left and right arrows take you to the first and last page, respectively.
* The inner left arrow takes you to the previous page, while the inner right arrow takes you to the next page.
* If you click next while on the last page, it cycles back to the first page. And the previous button takes you to the last page if you are on the first page.
* the red bar button resets the sorter.
* When you wish to use a texture from the sorter, click on its button. It will appear in the two larger panels, one at 1x1 repeats, and the other at 3x3.
* Clicking one of the display panes will cause the sorter to give you a copy of the texture, which you can then use on a build
* You can discard the texture when finished, so that it does not take up space in your inventory. A copy of it will still remain inside the sorter, unless the texture is no-copy.
* The sorter will not hand out textures to other people when they try to use it.

# --- MODIFICATION:
The script scans the names of the sorter's prims on startup to tell which prims do what. If you modify the sorter, it is best that you leave the root prim the same, and do not change the names of the functional prims. Those prim names are: CAT, PREVIEW1, PREVIEW2, first, prev, next, last, and reset. The smaller display prims are named DISP_#, where # is a whole number of 1 or greater. They are organized sequentially in rows, left to right, top to bottom.

If you wish to add more display prims, you simply unlink some of them, copy them, rename them in the same format and order, and then relink them. Please note that if a number is missing, then the sorter stops detection at the last detected number, and will not continue any further. For adding more buttons for categories, you do the same thing, but do not rename them: they are all named CAT.
