To be able to place this house on your land you must have rights to build on the land and you must have a parcel of at least 31 by 32 meters because that is the size the Excelsius needs.

The 204 prim Grand House features a grand living area with several 'areas' including kitchen area. There is a double opening door to your backyard terrace in the livingroom and also a door leading there from your kitchen area.
The Excelsius features three more rooms. Two spacious bedrooms ( one on first floor, one on second floor) and luxurious spacious study with a very nice porch/balcony on the second floor, looking out on the backyard.
The Bedroom on the second floor has opening doors with a semi-balcony on looking out on the backyard too. The house has a spectacular layout with a very beautifull round shaped entrance.
On top of the entrance there is an extra balcony accessable from the central hall on the second floor.
The windows are equiped with functioning shutters and the windows themself can also open and close.

On top of that the windows have a tinting system. The window tinting for the bedrooms and for the study are controlled by touching the piece of wall above the door. Touching this piece of the wall here will bring up the menu. Your mouse will change to show you you are pointing at the right piece of wall.
The window control button for the living area and the entrance and kitchen area is located in the column opposite the first-floor-bedroomdoor (at the left side of the oval window). Touching this column will bring up the menu.

Entrance doors are equipped with acces control.

The whole house is precision textured and has high quality textures on doors and shutters floor walls and ceilings.
