I'm so happy that I bought this, it's just what I was looking for! Looks just like the trailer I used to live in too.

Pros:
The door style | having front and back door | front/back porch | closest to being accurate layout-wise | 5 rooms and suprisingly not oversized for a trailer | Not nearly as grungy (outside) as most trailers on market | Separate faces to edit per room, per floor/wall inside | Low prim count.

Cons:
The only thing it could use is the same trim on the other end of the trailer, to have matching ends. Which looks very plain on one end.

This is a good trailer otherwise! Very modifyable.
