[ti] Tiny Fireworks HUD Version 1.0

Just wear, click, and choose an avatar--including yourself--to create a beautiful mini fireworks display over their head, complete with sound effects.

The display lasts about 25 seconds with 50 bursts. Your target has to be on the same parcel as you, and you need to be able to rez and run scripts.

Again, you must be able to rez and run scripts on the parcel or it won't work. The HUD runs a check and warns you if it might not be able to work but will let you try anyway.

PERMISSIONS. Scripted and compiled to be as low-lag as possible. The scripts are Copy, No Modify, No Transfer; everything else is Copy, Modify, No Transfer.
