All unrigged parts are resizable manually or by script. The rigged tube comes in 3 sizes to fit most heads/head shapes. The filter needs to be under the mask part. The extension needs to fit the bottom part of the long tube, and fit in the hand. Since all shapes are different there is no universal size or rotation that fits everyone, you have to fit it for yourself manually. The median point of the extension is on the upper end, by the long tube attachment, it makes you easier to fit.
