Added "Auto Follow & Sit" button. The sub will follow the Owner and automatically sit on the furniture where the Owner is sitting.
*To use this function, the owner must have the RLV function.

Teleport button added: You can display a teleport link in your chat box and request a teleport with one click.

Set the automatically applied theme to the HUD description field
The theme is automatically applied to opencollar when the HUD attached
If the theme name is "SilverRuby" Please set "themes SilverRuby" in the description field.
