USAGE;(for example)
0) Edit appearance
1) make a new tattoo on your avatar(name it face brighter or so on :)
2) drag 1 of white transparent texture on head tattoo texture box
3) now YOU CAN! change the face skin brightness and color WITH Color/Tint

its for BOM ... for head or body :) user must know how to make tatoo
as a make a tatoo and wear the brighter...later we can change the avatar(MESH avatar part) with TINT.....
put the partial transparent white texture on tatoo...later select the tint color :) its easy to use :)
so at 1st we shall know how to make tatoo on classic avatar :)
