This tree house is 57 prims (not counting the horizons box ). some of the features are;

1. stairs leading to the bathroom , living room, bedroom and a nice open deck.

bedroom/living room/bathroom;
1. a vine door that re-tracks so you can enter then closes on it's own.
2. window system that allows you to close out the world or let it in. the windows have a unique vine pattern on them that you control the look of them ...from blocking out the world to just bare traces of the vines ...even more you can make it so no vines show at all.

this is a wonderful home for a quiet beach. just watch out Tarzan may want to move in too.
