I love this outfit to give me a hippy look ideal for summer. OK you might be able to shop around for a few hours and get something similar as a freebie, but this outfit works well and is it worth the time to save L10? I dont think so. Just buy it!
(Being a pendant for a moment, I would spell it tie-dye but never mind).
