Cat Tower C/M/T

Once upon a time I saw an advertisement for a "free kitty".

Not long after, Adam Ant, Eve, Reina Royelle, Ogre, and Franklin needed somewhere to sit quietly...a cat condo! And a couple of days later, the :: unhinged :: work elves (aka Blender) dropped this into my inventory

Regarding the included texture, I'm not a graphic designer. I've included the UV and AO maps so that you can create something perfect for you!

Since you bought this with full permissions, you can resell it under the following conditions:

* You have included it as part of your own creation or build. For example, as a furnishing in a house that you've created.
* Stand alone, with significant modification. "Significant" is more than just changing textures. An example of significant modification would be adding scripts and animations.

Once you've included it in your build or modified it:
* Change the permissions so that it's not full-perm anymore. This may not be included in any full-perm build or offering.
* It has to be sold (not given away for free) in Second Life only. By purchasing, you get fair use rights here in SL. You don't own the asset itself.

In other words...
* Don't resell as it is as your own work.
* Don't resell it with full permissions.
* Don't give it away as a freebie, hunt gift, or to your friends, loved ones, or worst enemies.
* Don't export it for sale or use anywhere outside of SL.
