So, here you go! This is one piece at 1 LI. It has multiple faces - you can put a different image in each frame, color the frames themselves, the strings.
Please note: By "one piece" I mean that it's one piece of mesh. You can put different images in the frames, but you cannot unlink or separate the pieces.
I've included the AO and UV maps in case you wanna geek out on making custom textures.
