[vandelo] Peacock Bar Stool Version 1.0

The stool in of its own design is alright, but when listed as Modify one would expect a texture map for the chair to be included. Also when attempting to edit the stool there is a gap between the arm rest and the stool backing. Wrote the creator twice without answer, so it is my loss. Flawed and without the ability to modify this does not have my vote on the best list.
