1. When you attach the hat, it is a huge thing and the creator didn't even bother to remotely fit it to an avatar. 2. The fabric textures are very poor and low rez, not useful. 3. The UV is curved, making it impossible to add a logo or artwork to the hat. When you buy a low-priced full-perm like this, you just want to play around and add logos and have some fun, and that's not possible here. At best you can color it a single color.
