Very nice hat!
I needed a FP floppy hat and while there were some that were more and some less expensive, none of them had the smoothness along the brim, nor did they have the graceful rise and fall that this hat does. It's not rigged and you can edit the size but I really wouldn't unless your avi is totally off scale.
My only issue with this is that it comes out of the folder already red and instead of being gently shaded under the brim, it's black. The texture given is red so you have to create a new one if you want a white hat. Still... 5 stars.
